Formatting improvements for the Scale Answer

Proposed changes

Improved view of Scale Answer with:

• Allowing multiline text (avoid overflow if minimumValueDescription and maximumValueDescription are longer than a line on screen)
• Add config option on whether the scale value should be visible or not (default set to true)
