10.2. Effect on Existing Commercial Licensees: If Licensee has paid for a commercial license for the CorgEng game engine ("Software") prior to any amendment to this EULA, the terms and conditions of the license at the time of purchase shall remain in effect for Licensee. Subsequent amendments to the EULA shall not affect the license held by Licensee at the time of purchase.
10.3. Termination Option: In the event that Licensee does not agree to any amendments made to this EULA, Licensee's sole remedy shall be to terminate the license by discontinuing the use of the Software. No refunds shall be issued for previously paid licensing fees.
10.4. No Obligation to Notify: Licensor is not obligated to notify Licensee individually of amendments to this EULA. It is the responsibility of Licensee to stay informed about any changes by reviewing the EULA periodically.
10.5. Modification of License Fee: Licensor reserves the right to change the price of the license for the CorgEng game engine ("Software") at its sole discretion. Any changes to the license fee will be effective immediately upon posting on the CorgEng GitHub repository (or other designated platform). Any commercial licences that have already been purchased prior to fee changes will remain valid and no additional fee will be charged.
