Test out: XCP-D when FreeSurfer derivatives are needed (i.e., –cifti and --warp-surfaces-native2std)

XCP-D won't need FreeSurfer derivatives unless both flags are on: –cifti and --warp-surfaces-native2std.

Test out this use case, especially when fmriprep derivatives are not in the same folder as FreeSurfer's, e.g., fMRIPrep legacy output layout.

Question to Taylor: for this case, how to pass freesurfer derivatives to XCP-D?
