`Polaris <https://www.alcf.anl.gov/support/user-guides/polaris/getting-started/index.html>`_
is a HPE Apollo supercomputer that uses PBSPro to manage 560 nodes each with 4 Nvidia GPUs.
Follow ALCF's guide to `clone the base Anaconda environment <https://www.alcf.anl.gov/support/user-guides/polaris/data-science-workflows/python/index.html#cloning-the-base-anaconda-environment>`_
and install Parsl using pip.
The following configuration places a four workers on each node and pins each to a single GPU.
ALCF provides documentation on `how to use Parsl on Polaris <https://docs.alcf.anl.gov/polaris/workflows/parsl/>`_.
