Compass is a gradle plugin to manage parameter mappings and javadocs based on Mojang mappings in a repository.
Note from the developer: This wiki should be considered as outdated for now. I plan to write more documentation for this at some point, but for now the code and the javadocs written there should be one's main reference.
In heavy development.
Consider the current version as 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT. Expect lots of large changes as the codebase is shuffled around to make room for features and changes.
Until the definite feature set of the plugin is implemented, this repository will act as a prototype of the future mappings repository where this plugin will be used in. This is to allow rapid development of the plugin and easier debugging of issues. When a versioning system is implemented and a definite feature set is complete, then this repository will transition into a regular Gradle plugin project and the mappings repository will be created.
