清理过时的概念、API
LoD已经是过时的概念，我们已经清理过一次，见 https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/community/blob/master/pfcc/call-for-contributions/docs/tensor_concept_unification.mdParallelExecutor已经是过时的执行器，新执行器统一为ExecutorExecutionStrategy同样是过时的执行器所需要的参数，现在已经不存在这几个因为有历史遗留问题，其他开发者可能并不了解，因此就直接清理了，其他的看起来比较简单，如果有类似历史问题也可以 @我
