Description of Changes
We don't need the extra level of inheritance in the SW renderer code generation classes anymore, since we haven't shipped the the "legacy" generators in a long time.
Rationale behind Changes
Makes room for native code generators for Apple Silicon.
Suggested Testing Steps
Make sure software renderer still works, and performance is unchanged versus master.
