This is mainly bug fix release and last release of Ybot 0.3.X branch.

Enhancements

• Documentation for all transports was fixed.
• twitter channel now compatible with twitter api v.1.1
• #75, Exception at the start of XMPP connection was fixed.
• .prefferred_otp_version file added for Heroku (Thank you @tmcgilchrist)
• Web admin fully (frontend/backend) remade, all js libraries were removed besides Angular.js.
