Changes to wording for pushing items

This release has some wording changes to make it clearer that push for themes just push the modified items. We also removed theme sync which was confusing to users and seemed to have issues in certain circumstances.

Fixes to install the version of nw we tested against.

This release installs the version of nw that we have tested on, using newer versions of nw might have issues like With latest nw.js, thumbnail images for script applications are not shown #12 .
See the read me for more information about what systems nw has been tried on. There are systems that packaged versions of nw do not support. The command line tool should run on any system that you can install a compatible version of Node.

Issues resolved
we found an issue in the username syntax validation. The syntax currently does not allow for a dot [.] character in the username. #6
Settings file picker is not working on the newer versions of NW #13
