At least this fork. GNOME 45 already has a backlight controller, so this is not needed, I will not update it anymore.

Keyboard Backlight slider for gnome

Set the keyboard backlight brightness with a slider in gnome shell's system menu.

(Right picture uses Orchis theme)

This extension adds a third slider in the system menu to control the keyboard backlight.

Installation

1. Download the repository
2. Move the repository folder to ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/
3. Rename the folder to [email protected]
4. Enable the extension (if it isn't already)
