… driver This driver initially comes from https://github.com/DND-DRDC-RDDC/OS_DriverMetadataExtractionCodes_RCM_C-band_SARdata/tree/main/1%20-%20RCM%20C%2B%2B%20GDAL%20driver%20code/frmts/rcm with later changes by Esri, and various compilation warning/fixes by myself.

This driver initially comes from https://github.com/DND-DRDC-RDDC/OS_DriverMetadataExtractionCodes_RCM_C-band_SARdata/tree/main/1%20-%20RCM%20C%2B%2B%20GDAL%20driver%20code/frmts/rcm (itself derived from existing GDAL RS2 driver) with later changes by Esri, and various compilation warning/fixes + regression test by myself.
