The name of the module that has a bug.
dms_file

Describe the bug

Error shown when the one click the icon in dms_file

To Reproduce

Affected versions:
V16.
It works well in v14 and v15

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click menu Documents --> Documents
  2. Click any Directory
  3. The icons toolbar shown

  1. Click the button "Create directory" or "Create File" or "Open"
  2. The error shown as follows:

  1. The same error is also shown if one select the file and click the Open Icon.

Expected behavior
The regular new form is shown whenever one click the icon.

This commit solves the problems reported on OCA#347

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Go to Documents > Documents
2. Select a file and press on eye button to preview it
3. Close preview
4. Select a folder
5. Press on buttons Create a folder, Create a file or Open the folder

An error about dialog.add is not a function will be thrown
