晚點我會推一個 branch 上來，裡面已經寫好基本的程式，包括：

  • 設定語言的介面，當你在 local 把這個 branch 跑起來，你可以在頁面側邊欄找到 settings
  • 語言對照字典的 ts 檔，在 src/i18n 底下，若設計不佳可以到 discord #normal-oj 頻道討論

字典檔的使用文件請參考：https://vue-i18n.intlify.dev/guide/
左側的 Essentials 提供許多不錯的功能
另外請注意我們只加入語言對照，時區都是用台北時間

各位的 commit 如果不大包可以直接推到 feat/i18n 這隻 branch 沒關係，要多開 branch 也可以

如果要多開 branch，例如 feat/your-work 那開 PR 時請指定是要 merge 到 feat/18n
