Create a separate template .Rmd file that can accept params or be used interactively. (Might become the singular report template for execution in and out of the Shiny app)
Report is now reactively updated which is better display behavior, and the zip file will also download the most recent version. Wrap file writing and and zipping into try statements
This template can be used both for the Shiny app rendering (i.e. via a call to rmarkdown::render with parameters) and interactively
