Just changes

- inactive vehicles are no longer shown in dropdown of "Digitales Fahrtenbuch"
- added tactical designation of vehicles in dropdown of "Digitales Fahrtenbuch"
- updated/fixed "Kursstatistik" (now also shows the members)
- changed the titel of "Vordefiniert" to "Vordefinierte Berichte und Auswertungen"
- fixed a "Leerbericht" bug
- changed PDF exported "Geburtstagsliste" to horizontal format instead of vertical
