install webpack cli and a missing babel plugin
- neither of us remember why it was written like this in the first place - the scroll/carousel orientation needs to be changed and the previous logic would not have worked
in chrome this causes the container to immediately scroll to the bottom, which then starts loading all of the thumbnails.
we don't use twitter anymore so there's no point in having links to it.
the tab name is Gallery, not gallery. just in case it ever _is_ gallery, make it lower case rather than checking for the capitalised version.
