I updated your version here to first grab what's in the public bucket, then over-write with files in the private bucket (when available). |

note that we will need to replace the data in the nnja bucket with the "old" (un-reprocessed from EUMETSAT) dumps. Perhaps Sherrie can work on that? |

This PR contains the updates necessary for getawsobs.sh to use the private NNJA bucket for certain observations.
The credentials for the private bucket should be stored in the .aws/credentials file using a profile name which is specified at the top of the script via variable: NNJA_PRVIATE_PROFILE.
