Non-agricultural diffuse inputs (Task 2.7)

We need to estimate spatially distributed runoff coefficients for "background" areas (e.g. skog and fjell). In the proposal we essentially describe repeating the original TEOTIL workflow, which would involve sub-setting data from the 2019 "1000 Lakes" survey. In principle this all sounds OK, but the selection criteria seem quite strict and I'm concerned we won't have enough lakes in the final subsets to perform a meaningful analysis.

This topic needs further investigation, but I'd be interested in other suggestions for estimating background inputs of N, P, SS and TOC from "natural" areas. Any ideas, @LeahJB, @okaste?
