This release contains the code as it was when the systems were deployed to the ARM Southern Great Planes field site.

First attempt at WVD software upload

The goal of this release is to get a portable copy of the WVD software. The attached files were too large to get into revision control, but hopefully we have a better solution.

EDIT: the attached files are being removed because we are not bundling the software installers with our code any more. Software will be installed at NCAR and won't be needed in the field.
