About The Pull Request
Bloodsuckers have had their threat requirement increased and now need 20 living players to spawn.
Roundstart malf and heretic have had their numbers changed to match their midround/latejoin versions
Sleeper agent now has weight reduced per rolling, resulting in a hard limit of 7
Heretic and changeling have had minimum players reduced to 20 to act as ballast against the heaps of traitors(threat requirement has not been changed.(except heretic which was change as shown above))
Why It's Good For The Game
Greenshift every single round without admin aid is probably not healthy for the game.
Nether is 60% of the crew being antags.
This pr seeks to hopefully create a healthy medium between the two.
