Learn about vigilant mode.

Mainly the storyline update supporting contents. Made an experimental quest system (also tutorials) and inventory limitations. Added some more UI controls. Made the creative mode better to use with a new item catalogue. A modification from the sprite rendering with little QOL improvement.
