Feature for #320

This is an old ticket so some of the stuff had already been added, listed below are just the changes contained in this PR

Fixed an issue where duplicate skills were rendered in index view
Added Average Mark in skill information
Added chart to show percentages for each mark given for a skill
Added tests for the same
