Why does this plugin exist

For some reason, some server listings come up with their own ways of notifying the server of votes, instead of simply supporting the Votifier protocol as is usually done. In order to be able to process votes from these listings without creating additional processors and complicating the network architecture, but using the same exact Votifier vote listeners instead, this plugin was created.
