EEG Toolkit

A MNE-based toolkit for EEG analysis. To be used with the WARIO Editor and the WARIO pipeline library

Requirements

- wario
- mne
- matplotlib
- numpy
- scipy

Usage

1. Download the EEG toolkit and install required libraries
2. Open WARIO Editor
3. Click "toolkits" in the menu bar and select "Configure"
4. Click "Add Toolkit" and select the EEG toolkit's directory

The toolkit should now be installed and can be used as described in the editor documentation

Full descriptions for each node can be found on the toolkit's Read The Docs page. A copy of this documentation is also included in the repository and can be accessed via the help window in the WARIO editor.
