this fixes needing to manually update the complete file paths if images are relocated. As the XML should always be in the same folder as the generated TIF files there is no need for absolute file path names.

XML file truncation has been solved. Rescale issue for thumbnails still needs to be addressed.

The change for the XML output worked. XML output can now be used directly as long as the XML file is kept in the same folder as the stitched images.

Rescale issue is only apparent during thumbnail generation. For the actual stitching, turning off rescaling works.
