Qwotable Version 0.1.7 rc

Fixes:

• Fixing progress indicator being constantly visible even if the app knows, that there was an issue
• Fixing "loop" by tapping on the author or the source when the person activity is already inflated

Changes:

• (Again) changing cards to be not outlined anymore (only quotes and wisdom)
• Changing toolbar to collapsing toolbar

New:

• Qwotable now shares its content in pictures

Removals:

• Remove updater
• Remove anything that has to do with updates (this includes the update info card, the update section)
• Remove swipe refresh layout in settings and home fragment as it is no longer necessary
