Changes:
- The Random Quote and Qwotable Cards are now rounder and more vibrant
- Dialogs are updated to bottom sheets, with overall UI changes
Fixes:
- The Random Quote Card no longer updates every time the home screen is accessed
- Previously problematic APIs are now stable
New:
- Option to display local and/or user Qwotables in Random Quotes
- Theme customization
- Export/import own Qwotables
- Customizable shared Qwotable info
