I think this paragraph should be rewritten to draw focus away from the support burden ENFORCE-by-default would place on staff and more toward what to do if nick enforcement is preventing rightful use of a nickname.

I'm currently leaning towards merging the current version, and then see about rewriting that paragraph later. |
