fix: Exchange Permission userId use UPN instead of Id

Id returns the Fullname instead of the actual ID..

Hm, I feel like we have had this change 3 or 4 times between ID, UPN and Mail attributes, but that might just be me misremembering?
The ID property is such a mess, it can be a full name/displayname, the primarySMTPaddress or the Exchange GUID(not to be confused with the EntraID/ExternalIdentityGUID) D:

I'm leaving this open just in-case a quick temporary hotfix is needed
