Directory structure:

hg/             top level
  MOSFIRE/      MOSFIRE DRP library. The main entrypoints for the DRP are here.

  drp/          Lasenby's data reduction code, this is not being updated

In general, npk writes code in the experiments directory. These are quick and ugly pieces of code that flat field, or determine lambda solutions, and (eventually) sky subtractiong. Once the experiment is complete, it is rewritten and put into the "MOSFIRE" code path.
