Installer Build

Built a custom installer to improve user experience.

Installation:

          Extract the files to preferred location
          Run the PyPass Installer.exe
          Follow on screen prompts
          If the cmd.exe window opens leave it alone
          Once it finished you can delete the installer

Warnings:

          Your antivirus may flag the file as a virus as it needs to encrypt/decrypt files
          and calls on the subprocess command to run the installer, 
          however, the program is completely safe and doesn't
          edit any files that it doesn't generate itself
