Final version of analysis scripts used in CREX analysis

All changes in the last few months of analysis are now included.

Post-processing analysis scripts

This represents the state of the post-processing analysis scripts (contained in the rootScripts/BeamMod/ subfolders) during the final polishing of the CREX Apv dataset. Several non-trivial changes were made afterwards and will be merged into a subsequent final analysis-code release.

Final version for CREX respin2, April 2021

This has updates to parameter files as used during the CREX respin2 analysis jobs.

Initial version for CREX respin 2, 2021 April

This is the starting version used for the CREX respin2 in April 2021.

A few parameter file changes were made during the respin, so this release does not have exactly what was used for all jobs.

CREX respin1, 2020 December

This is the version of the code which was used for the December 2020 respin1 of the CREX dataset.

PREX2 respin2, 2020 June

This is the version of the code which was used for the June 2020 respin2 of the PREX2 dataset.

PREX respin2

This is the starting point for the PREX respin2 campaign (and likely also the CREX respin1 campaign).

The miniruns are now working within the pattern-level trees as well as the burst and summary trees. Data handlers are able to request variables defined by prior data handlers.
