Hermes V2

Hermes V2 is a fully rewritten version.

Some changes include:

• The underlying storage has been switched to D1.
• APIs have been redesigned and documented in the OpenAPI specification.
• A client library on npm hermes-mail.
• Email send API calls are now recorded for usage insights.
• The UI has been rewritten, including a setup page and a token summary page.
• The template has been removed.
