### Background

Oculus Quest 2 makes it easy to test both SteamVR and Oculus SDK with one device (by connecting PC with Virtual Desktop / Oculus Link).
Makes me to decide to make this plugin compatible with both SDKs. And it leads the whole plugin name to be changed.

Unfortunately, currently SteamVR has poorer capability[^1] on haptic feedback than Oculus, thus, to be along with SteamVR, the plugin had to be downgraded at this point.
I did my best in making the expression ability acceptable enough on poorer side though.

[^1]: Has lower update frequency up to game tick rate (60-90Hz), while Oculus's 320Hz by playing a pattern buffered in a controller.
And has no ability to handle vibration strength and frequency.
