Compatible with Python 2.7 and Python 3.x.

This is a Python 3 compatible pre-release of Selenium2Library.

It includes robotframework/Selenium2Library up to commit 1028377.

Please test this with Robot Framework 3.0.1 in Windows, Linux and Mac OSX.
