My name is He Ren, and very welcome to my personal homepage! I am a Ph.D. student in the Measurement &amp; Statistics program at University of Washington.</p>
 <p>I am committed to the development and improvement of quantitative educational measurement methods and am always excited and amazed by the potential contribution that accurate measurement can make to fairness and equity in education. My research interests focus on Item Response Theory (IRT), Response Time (RT), Cognitive Diagnostic Modeling (CDM), Differential Item Functioning (DIF), and the application of machine learning in psychometrics.</p>
