Modified the design of scroll-to-top button in Stakeholder's main page and Student's main page similar to the home page.

🔨 Changes Made

• Added progress-ring in "stk_mainpage.html" and "main_page.html"
• Modified the design in "stk_mainstyling.css" and "main_page_style.css"
