Added some more directories under FTP that I felt were outdated or there was a new source. Added a link to a new sitemap that will cover at least 500 pages of the doxygen generated documentation.
I created this with a free site. I think this is better than nothing. We can replace this when we get a doxygen generated sitemap.

I edited robots.txt to remove some more directories that were outdated or duplicated. I added a sitemap generated from a free site that has 500 pages of /latest/ which will help with the canonical user error. This doesn't mark off getting a good sitemap as DONE, but this is a temporary step that will help people find the content in the right place and improve google results.
