  • Update Ray to 2.40
  • Update data processing libraries where applicable
    • spacy 3.7.6 is the latest version that still uses numpy 1, 3.7.7+ uses numpy 2.
    • Ray is still on numpy 1
  • Update huggingface_hub library for downloading data
  • Update READMEs of the fine-tuning e2e examples to use prerequisite instructions
