Introduce `destination_product_quality_id` for translating product quality in the CWA module. Added corresponding XML data, views, and tests to ensure proper integration and data consistency.
Ensured that `digi_image_id` is updated for product quality records in both create and write operations. Introduced `update_product_quality_digi_id` method to handle the update logic consistently.
