v6 is now available for download and contains several new features, plugin settings and one bug fixes.

New since v5:

  • Complete rewrite of extension Device Menu and tooltips
  • Support for battery remaining time estimates (not very accurate yet)
  • Support for Lock plugin (initial)
  • Support for quick reply Notifications (initial)
  • Support for executing remote commands
  • FindMyPhone can be stopped by triggering a second time (like KDE Connect)
  • Better handling of Notifications
  • Better contact caching
  • Fixes for GJS 1.50 and Gnome Shell 3.26 with regard to Gnome Bug #788931

Thanks to @ferdnyc for helping me work through several issues this release:

  • #5 sound.js imports from bad path, on x86_64
  • #6 The v5 release can't discover or communicate with devices, under Fedora 26
  • #8 Buildup of folks-cache.py processes
