Custom domain

In production, Federalist manages our CloudFront distribution and custom domain route. GSA IT manages the tech.gsa.gov hostname, which is a CNAME to the Federalist CloudFront hostname. This DNS CNAME is the only configuration that we, as a Federalist customer, have to manage ourselves.
