FLeex is for handling database, including lexical management system.

There is an open source SBL-Greek lexicon available, I hope I can share this more in the near future.

Partial Free tools:

biblearc.com allow you to chart, art, phrase the biblical text in different languages, including Greek/Hebrew. I and other are helping to develop the Chinese interface/resources for that.

Some of you may find good language technology sources from lingtransoft.info, can help your BL studying/researching and developing tools.
