Shortcut is a web app that lets you quickly and easily turn your favorite podcast moments into personalized, animated, and transcribed videos that can be downloaded and shared to social media with just one click.
Shortcut is designed to be used with podcasts that have transcripts. In the documentation, we recommend inexpensive and relatively painless ways for you to generate transcripts if you don't have them already, but you're going to need them one way or another to get Shortcut to work for you.
If you have a web developer, you might want to ask them to handle setting up the server. It's a little more technical than the rest of the setup, but it should take them a day or less. If you don't have access to a web developer, we've provided as much documentation as possible to walk you through the steps, and you can sign into our Gitter chat room if you get stuck, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
To keep track of Shortcut and what's on the docket, check out our Milestones page. To ask for support, check out our Gitter chat.
