Please encapsulate urls between <> so they will be url in the builded site, otherwise are plain text

Typo in NeoKylin name: $NeoKylin

## Description and history
NeoKylin aka Kylin OS is a Linux distro made in 2001 by National University of Defense Technology in China. Its first versions (Kylin OS) were FreeBSD-based, but since version 3.0, it's a Linux distro, and in 2010, This distro(NeoKylin) was released. And in 2022, openKylin, a community open-source version of Kylin OS was released.
