- The paragraph about browser support has been rewritten to reflect the current situation with FLIF being obsoleted by JPEG XL. - Links to browser support tracking bugs have been removed since they're irrelevant now (both understandably closed as "won't fix"). - Some URLs to FLIF-supporting software have been updated.
Removed irrelevant TODO features since FLIF has been obsoleted by JPEG XL.
