Fixed Issues:

• Complex @contexts of subscriptions weren't persisted in mongodb
• Reloaded hosted contexts were not persisted in mongo, only the context cache
• Using "VocabProperty" and not "VocabularyProperty" (old name still accepted as input)
• Array reduction for LanguageProperty languageMap values
• Array reduction for VocabProperty vocab values, for normalized mode

New Features:

• Support for local=true in the type discovery endpoints (GET /ngsi-ld/v1/types[/{typeName}]
• Support for local=true in the ATTRIBUTE discovery endpoints (GET /ngsi-ld/v1/attributes}]
• Made 1.8 the default core context
