Link Simstrat to forked version of AED2 with gas exchange option of Cole & Caraco (1998) which is better suited for sheltered lakes.
Some minor bugfixes:
- simulation now aborts if it does not have writing access to output folder
- corrected interpolation of output (in case the output time does not match the internal timestep)
- fixed snapshot in case inflow_mode = 0
- Replace "drag" by CD coefficient
- snapshot can now be used with any starting time (responsability of user to use with correct start date)
