Updated code and notebooks

• "Global Seasonal Sentinel-1 Interferometric Coherence and Backscatter Data Set". Access to the data set via [AWS Registry of Open Data](: https://registry.opendata.aws/ebd-sentinel-1-global-coherence-backscatter/) or the NASA ASF DAAC . A global visualization notebook has been added based on the kerchunk and tifffile packages.

• RGB Visualization Code for MGRS tiles available on http://remotesensing.earth (access key required)

Bugfix Release

This release explains accountless access via AWS commandline interface tools in the folder code/global_coherence README.md. Also, the global_coherence_mosaic_tool.pyhas been updated.

Initial Release

This is the initial release of openSAR by Earth Big Data LLC.

Minor updates have been applied in code/global_coherence folder to explain accountless accesss via the AWS command line client awscli. These will be reflected in the new release. Obtain latest code from https://github.com/EarthBigData/openSAR
