Time series were previously only fetched if any of the inputs to the
service changed for the first time. This means that no time series were
fetched if non-reactive input arguments were used.
This displays time series as a configurable table with the following
possible row types:
- numeric values;
- numeric values on a coloured background;
- direction arrows;
- graph (optionally with numeric values)
This is currently only accessible by manually specifying the URL.
Furthermore, independent of the selected location, it will use the same
hard-coded configuration.
